This is Swēt’s current Terms of Use, and it is under review by our lawyers.

Swēt is operated from Lagos, Nigeria, at swetco.com.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Swēt. By using it you confirm you are an adult. Swēt contains sensual stories and intimate products intended only for adults.

Your account

You may read without an account. To follow, react, submit, or purchase as a returning customer, you may create an account using your email. You choose a pen name. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure.

What Swēt is

Swēt publishes fictionalised confessions and sensual stories, and sells intimate wellness products. Stories are presented as real experiences that have been retouched to protect identities. Nothing on Swēt is medical advice.

Content rules for anything you submit

When you submit a confession, story, or post, you agree that it involves only consenting adults and describes only consensual activity. It does not name, identify, or expose any real third party without their consent, no real names, handles, photos, or identifying details of other people. It contains nothing illegal, and in particular nothing involving minors, non-consensual acts, trafficking, or bestiality. It is not an advertisement, solicitation, or arrangement for real-world sexual services. And it is yours to submit, meaning it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Content that involves minors in any way, real, depicted, or implied, is reported and results in a permanent ban. There is zero tolerance for this, no exceptions.

Moderation and takedown

Every user submission is reviewed by a human before it is published. Nothing goes live automatically. We may edit, refuse, or remove any content at our discretion.

To report content, contact houseofswet@gmail.com. We remove non-consensual intimate imagery within 48 hours and address general complaints within 5 business days.

We keep records of submissions, complaints, and actions taken, and we cooperate with valid legal requests.

The licence you grant us

You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant Swēt a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, adapt, retouch, and promote your submission on and for Swēt. You confirm you have the right to grant this.

The shop

Prices are shown in naira at checkout, and we may change them at any time. Delivery timelines vary by location and are confirmed with you directly when you order. Pickup is available.

At the moment orders are paid by hand, on collection, on delivery, or by bank transfer once we confirm the details with you. Online card payment is on the way, and will be handled by our payment partner, Bachs.

For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened. If something arrives faulty, contact us and we will make it right.

Creators and monetisation (coming later)

When creator monetisation launches, additional terms will apply. Creators will need to complete identity and age verification, including verified bank details and BVN, before any payout. Creators must own or have consent for everything they post, and are bound by the content rules above. Swēt will review creator posts before publication. A full creator agreement will follow before this feature launches.

Prohibited use

Do not use Swēt to break the law, harass anyone, scrape or attack the service, impersonate others, or post anything barred by the content rules above.

Disclaimers and liability

Swēt is provided as is. Content is fiction written for adult entertainment and is not advice of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Swēt.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Swēt against claims arising from content you submit or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or close any account that breaches these Terms, without notice for serious breaches such as content involving minors or non-consensual acts.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute will be handled under Nigerian law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, emailed to you.
